Te Runanga o Ngati Manawa is at the stage we have to say good bye to our Rangatira “Bill Bird”. 
Sadly we send out the call to those who knew him and perhaps to those who did not that his good work and leadership have come to end and will always be remembered. 

At this time we will all gather and mourn and reminisce and celebrate a legend that was William Henry Waiparera Bird.
